At JHT Farm, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our dragon fruit products. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy for each of our three product categories:
- Dragon Fruit Powder:
We accept returns of unopened dragon fruit powder packages within 30 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping fees, to the original payment method. - Dragon Fruit:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh dragon fruit, we can only accept returns if the product is damaged or spoiled upon arrival.
If you receive damaged or spoiled dragon fruit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damaged or spoiled fruit to process your refund or replacement. We will either refund the purchase price or send a replacement shipment, depending on your preference. - Dragon Fruit Plants:
Our dragon fruit plants are shipped with care, and we guarantee their health upon arrival. If your dragon fruit plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos of the damaged plant to assess the situation. Based on our evaluation, we will either send a replacement plant or issue a refund for the plant's cost. Please note that we cannot accept returns for dragon fruit plants once they have been planted or have shown signs of growth.
